TZ-406: Budget option, adequate for smaller halls. TZ-606 (recommended): Better throw across 120ft width, more headroom for speech clarity at distance.

A-2120: Sufficient for Phase 1-2 only (120W max), requires a second amp in Phase 3. A-2240 (recommended): Powers all 3 phases on one unit (240W) using graduated tap settings — front speakers louder, rear speakers quieter.

UNI-TEX: Taiwan original, proven build quality, copper coil. Sammi: Korean brand, very popular in Pakistani mosques, slightly higher power handling.

  • Phase 1 includes pre-wiring to all future speaker positions (star topology). Label every cable run at both ends
Power & Installation:
  • Solar powered — pure sine wave inverter, grounding & lightning arrestors in place. No UPS needed (battery backup acts as UPS). Basic surge strip only.
  • Audio load: ~500-550W peak — ensure inverter has 650W+ available. Keep inverter 2-3m from audio equipment to avoid EMI.
  • Mic cables must run in separate conduit from speaker cables to prevent interference.
  • Tap settings (A-2240): Phase 1 speakers at 60W tap, Phase 2 at 30W, Phase 3 indoor at 20W, veranda at 10W = 240W total. Front speakers loudest (primary), rear speakers quieter (fill).
  • Speaker angles: Front wall speakers at 35–40° down. Column speakers at 35–45° depending on zone depth. Test angles before permanent mounting.
  • After installation: Do a clap test under the dome — if flutter echo is heard, adjust speaker angles and cut 200-500Hz on mixer EQ.
